Program Strategy Track

The Program Strategy track is designed for executives and managers interested in learning innovative approaches to building and expanding Customer and Partner Education programs. Topics will include program infrastructure, operations, technology, go-to-market strategies, program measurement, and more.

Content Development Track 

The Content Development track is created for Instructional Designers, Learning Experience Designers, and Trainers looking to learn new techniques and gather creative ideas to infuse into their content creation strategy and processes. Sessions will discuss methods, tools, and examples of learner-centric content.

2020 FAQ

When is Skilljar Connect?
Skilljar Connect will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 8:30 AM – 2 PM PDT and Friday, October 2, 2020 from 8:30 AM – 12 PM PDT.

How do I access the Skilljar Connect Platform on October 1?
You’ll receive an email with the link to join the virtual conference several days before and on October 1.

Will I be able to access session content after Skilljar Connect?
Sessions will be recorded and most will be shared with registrants after Connect. We recommend you join us live to get all the benefits of the conference, but if you miss a session, or wish to rewatch it, you will be able to access the content later.

What are roundtable sessions?
One of the best parts of Skilljar Connect are our signature roundtable discussions, where you get the opportunity to discuss specific topics with peers. We’ll be hosting these sessions virtually, so be sure to select your preferred topics at registration.

Can I come to Skilljar Connect if I’m not a Skilljar customer?
Yes! Skilljar Connect is open to the entire Customer and Partner Education community. We’re looking forward to seeing you.
